Ensure you provide the correct and current address. P.O. boxes are accepted, but some items may require a physical address (such as large products, valuables, or items needing signature confirmation). Some merchandise partners may also restrict shipping to P.O. boxes.

After your order is confirmed and paid, you'll see the estimated delivery time and cost on your order confirmation page. Processing personalized orders typically takes 1-3 days, and you’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We'll send a shipment notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery time. You can also check the delivery status in your order history. While most deliveries will arrive within the estimated time frame, factors like flight schedules, weather, or other external events may affect the actual delivery date.

If your package hasn't been delivered or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact our customer service within 90 days of your order date.
